Reservations
All reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire rental fee at the time the reservations are made, including airline reservations, cruise reservations, car rentals and accommodations and any required tax. Full payment is required 45 days before travel (60 days for Holidays). If there is a security deposit required, it will be collected on the final payment. Security deposits are refunded within 60 days after travel is complete. VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, personal checks, and money orders are acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Villas and condos.com does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, missed carrier connections, substitute accommodations or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, change in fare and rates, cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, sickness, strike, war, terrorism, quarantine, pilferage, monetary crisis, political or social unrest, labor problems, climactic aberrations, local laws, disease, acts of God or any other events beyond our control.
Because ownership of our accommodations sometimes changes within a reservation year we reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations within your reservation period if the situation arises.
