I have not every stayed at such a wonderful resort/condo as the Playa Conchas China Suites Emperador in PV, Mexico. It took my breath away and made me cry when I walked in. I have been planning this vacation for over a year for my girlfriends and myself and was just taken back by the place. Of course, when you schedule something like this, you are always anticipating the worst, but I wouldn't hesitate to schedule a reservation with you again. We are already looking at planning another vacation in 5 years. I am wondering if you can tell me which other condos compare to this one. We are thinking that we might want to be at a condo on the gulf side to get more of the blue water. The things we really loved were: 1. The fact that it was right on the beach (literally steps from) 2. The openess of it all 3. We had our own infinity pool in our condo 4. We could all be together 5. We could make our own food, drinks, etc. Thanks again and I will be writing reviews all over the place about you and the place we stayed...

Mary and I just wanted to send you a little note thanking you and your staff for the wonderful service and efforts during our stay at Mar A Vallarta. Mary and I assure you that everyone enjoyed themselves during our stay. We especially wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed having Cesar as our concierge during our stay. He was always willing to help and was always at our service. Carmen was a delight and a wonderful chef. She forged ahead even when we didn?t know how many people would end up being at the villa for dinner. Jorge was always available and helped us whenever we needed help and with a smile on his face. Martin provided my son, Kevin, with Spanish lessons and was most helpful as well. You have a wonderful staff. The villas were a perfect setting for my daughter Sarah?s wedding.

We had two beautiful weeks at the Royal Caribbean in Cancun. Our condo was better than ever and the work in re building Cancun is coming along nicely. Our favorite restaurants were all operating and the weather was great! We will be booking for next year soon. It will be trip number 8 through Villas and Condos.com

We had a marvelous time at Villa Macarena last week. Silvia and Hilario treated us like royalty, and we offered to take them home with us. Unfortunately they declined. We need 7 bedrooms, for 14 to 15 people, and we would like to have a similar staff to Villa Macarena.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Kehei, Maui staying at the Surf Side back in June of 05. We had a fantastic vacation. My husband had never been to Hawaii and he loved it very much. I will never forget my trip to Mar A Vallarta, my husband and I have been to many beautiful places, but this trip by far was the best!!! I thanked God everyday for the opportunity to stay and be pampered like we all were at Mar A Vallarta. All of our friends have been asking us how was your trip? I don't know how to describe HEAVEN. You can take pictures and try to desbribe waking up in the morning and looking out over the blue water, while the ocean breeze lifts all your worries away, and at the same time having a staff that brings you anything you want, whenever you want it. How do you describe the tropical garden and flowers with butterflies dancing around them just for you. I would have slept in a lounge chair just to experience heaven, but you had to insist on giving each and everyone of us a 5 star spacious suite, everyone of them having an ocean view including the bathrooms. I know it will be hard trying to desribe heaven to all of our friends, but I will try my best. Thank you Norma for all of your hard work on making sure we had no worries while staying with you. Chris-Just back from Puerto Vallarta and wanted you to know Villa Michelle is everything you said it would be. The views were fantastic and Alredo and Lulu took great care keeping everything clean. Concha, the cook prepared our food better than any restaurant so we ended up eating in almost every night for A LOT less than those expensive restaurants. We spent a glorious week in Villa del Cielo in Puerto Vallarta. This five-bedroom villa set high on a hill overlooking the bay was perfect for our family of 10. The airport pickup service was efficient and smooth. Rosita and the pool boy were most accommodating. We could easily eat in (at a table for ten overlooking the pool and bay) or take advantage of the Puerto Vallarta restaurants. It was just great.

Just returned from a one week stay at the Villa Macarena, two families, 9 children. Great place for kids, everyone had an un believable view of the Bay of banderas and above all we were all overwhelmed by the hospitality of Silvia, Aladio and Lecha, they all were there each minute doing everything to make our stay enjoyable. They are great people serving in an atmosphere that was relaxing, peaceful and filling. Each of us gained five pounds eating Silvias carefully prepared meals. Thanks Chris for your help in putting us in for the week of Easter.

Just a note to tell you we loved our 2 weeks at Los Palmares in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was outstanding - large, clean, with a beautiful view of the bay and the weather was hot and sunny every day. This was our 6th vacation booked with you and we will be back next year for number 7!!

Casa Salsa in Playacar was the perfect 4BR house for our group of eight. We spent a gorgeous week together on the inside/outside decks, enjoying the ten-min. walk to Playa, laughing in the warm sea and cool sand. The staff were cheerful and assisted us immediately with transportation plans and personal requests in our house. Our week together was to be the swansong of years of family holidays. When six 20-somethings prefer to stay with the old folks, you know; the holiday was perfect! Thanks for making our dream come true.

The condo we rented in the Xamen Ha complex on the beach in Playacar was fantastic. It had both a great location and ambience. We had a garden outside our door and a view of the water. The condo was recently redecorated in a colorful and comfortable style which really made us feel at home. The staff was very accomodating. I would highly recommend this 3 bedroom unit.

What a wonderful experience we had at Casa Myrna in Puerto Vallarta! Not only was the villa breathtakingly beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice), it accommodated our every need. We just returned from a stay at Casa Myrna in Puerto Vallarta. The Casa was beautiful,the scenery spectacular and Celia our cook and Pepe our chef were just wonderful people, willing to assist us in any way they could. Our only surprise was that night life in Puerto Vallarta doesn't start until 10:30 P.M. which was difficult for two old folks but we hope to do it again in the near future. Words are inadequate to describe the wonderful vacation my family and I had in beautiful Cancun at the Royal Mayan Resort. The villa was a dream, and oh, that breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff treated us like royalty, and everyone was so very friendly. We enjoyed great food at the hotel restaurants, and the Monday night show of Mayan and Mexican dances was the best. The hotel and its entire staff did everything possible to make our stay the very best vacation ever. The only problem was...we had to leave and go back home. Thank you for making it all possible.

The Omni Villa was a lovely resort. The facilty was ver nice. The owner of the Villas made us feel at home. I am definetly going to be staying here again. We stayed May 26-31 and it was great.

What a beautiful resort and perfect for our family. We are definately planning to return. The suite was perfect with our own kitchen and lots of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed "La Palapa", the restaurant right on the beach and the servers were friendly and polite. Villas and Condos service was very good and they even sent us a Thank-you note when we returned home.

Casa Paloma Blanca (Playa Del Carmen) is located in a secure, gated community (Playacar) on the edge of town. Walking distance to the Cozumel ferry and tons of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. (And the roof top deck with Ocean views was nice too!) The every-other-day maid service was exceptional and the Playacar rental staff were terrific. I would highly recommend this house, and Playa Del Carmen in general, to anyone looking to get off the beaten path without leaving the comforts of home behind.

We spent a week at Villa Macarena in Puerto Vallarta. The place was great...perfect for 6-8 couples. Amazing views from all but two of the bedrooms. Staff was exceptional, particularly the bartender. Also, getting a cab from the villa was easy because it was located near a known resort....that also made it easier for cab drivers to find the place when you went home.

We recently stayed at Casa Quinta del Sol, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Conchas China area, overlooks the Bay of Bandaras, which is a beautiful jewel on the Mexican Riviera. The home was the perfect tropical retreat in which to relax and enjoy our holiday. All the rooms have a beautiful vista either of the gardens, city view, and/or ocean view. However, the view from the swimming pool is fantastic. It's a great house for a small or large group. All the bedrooms afford privacy and the home is great for entertaining. The staff is very accomodating and pampered us our entire stay.

Visited Playa Del Carmen and stayed at Xaman Ha condos. Place was great, staff very helpful and curteous and facility was very nice and extremely well located--on the beach and short walk to town. Weather on first five days was excellent and then it got very hot. Plan to go back in February.

Just want you to know that our vacation to P.V. and the Villa Macarena was incredible. The house was way more than we had expected, the staff was great, and the views were to die for. This is a perfect house for families, the location was great and we are bummed to be home. One of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks!

We just returned from Puerto Vallarta and I want to say THANKS to Chris at Villas and Condos. We stayed at the beautiful and elegant Villa Rosa, and the view morning, noon and night was magical. We could walk to the Malecon, although the hill was steep and we decided to rent a jeep. Our chef was wonderful and the maid always kept our villa spotless. This was my first visit to Mexico but I promise you it won't be my last.

Casa Macarena was all that we hoped for. Staff was very helpful and friendly and location was superb!

We enjoyed a great family vacation at the Villas Marlin in Cancun in May/June, 2003. The location is perfect & the suite was ideal for our needs. It was one of the best vacations that we have been on for a long time. We believe that we received great value for the price.

Hi Chris: Just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed the Royal Caribbean. The staff were excellent, the resort was top notch and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend both you and the resort to our friends. We were told that we'd probably have to move each week, but the staff were very accommodating and managed to shuffle things so we could stay in the same villa all three weeks, which was a nice surprise.

Casa Nicte was awesome!! Right on the beach, so much cool architecture in the condo and complimentary guacamole upon arrival!!! The Casa is about 200 yards from the Northern end of the Malecon - right in the heart of Centro Puerto Vallarta. Wow! We would definitely come back to the Casa Nicte!!

I just returned home after a wonderful week in a one bedroom villa in Cancun. I was very leary about renting over the internet but the minute I arrived at the villa, all my worries were laid to rest. The resort, the villa were exceptional, 5 Star quality. Exactly what you promised. My only complaint was that I had to leave after just one week. Thank you for a great vacation.

We stayed at the Royal Islander. The resort was very nice. We had both a pool and ocean view. I wish we had got the one bedroom condo versus the lock off but the room was very nice regardless. It was very easy to check in and the resort had everything we needed already waiting for us. They had a nice store at the resort so you can purchase snacks and beverages. It was nice having everything charged to your room so you didn't need to carry cash to the beach. We fully enjoyed our trip. This was my 4th time to Cancun but my first time at the Royal Resorts. I would choose this resort again over the other options.

We just returned from a FANTASTIC vacation in Cozumel, and cannot wait to return to the Castillo del Rey! The villa was a big beautiful home, that easily accommodated our group of 11. Chris at v&c. com was great to work with here in the US, and the property manager, Xavier, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Candy, the housekeeper, was very pleasant and effecient. All in all, we had a great time, and are already talking about our next trip!

We traveled to cancu, mexico from 12/24 to 12/31.we stayed at club international. We found the property to be excellent, it was just what we aere looking for. It was a beautiful property and the units were wonderful, clean large in size and just perfect for our family. The units having two floors gave the adults some privacy while the children had use of the entire first floor. Location as far as i was concerned is just perfect as far as proximity to town. Just a few minute bus ride and we were in the middle of Tulum ave.The property was well maintained and there seemed to be an army of workers around always tidying up. Food as far as breakfasts and lunches which were the meals we ate at the club were very good. One of the best features of staying here is having the access to all of the royal properties. The spa at the Royal Sands was terrific and we took advantage of it several times during our stay. also the pool area was great and of course you could use your room card to charge at any of the royal properties. Overall the vacation was a great success and would not hesitate a minute in going back to club international Cancun.

We stayed at Villa Macarena and it is a beautiful villas with an amazing view....like a dream to stay there. The staff was fabulous and the food excellent. We totally enjoyed the staff and the service they provideed was world class. We plan to return many times. The only problem was the bugs and their bites - next time I would take citronella candles or something. Thanks for all you help in making it happen!

My twin sister and her family wanted to go to Mexico for a holiday vacation this year. It was already June, and she was overwhelmed at the thought of trying to find something on her own. Her travel agent hadn't been very helpful; and my sister isn't very computer literate, so she wasn't going to check things out on the web. (It's an accomplishment for her to access her emails!) So I volunteered to do some research and see what I could come up with. I plugged into a zillion sites that offered holiday rentals in Mexico; but once Chris got in touch with me, I dropped everyone else. He couldn't have been more professional, helpful, or sensitive to my brother-in-law's special needs. Before I knew it, Chris had found my sister's family a beachfront villa they will be enjoying for the Christmas holidays this year. They are VERY excited, and recommend Chris as highly as I do! So thank you, Chris, for making my sister's vacation happen so easily! I expect you to do the same for MY family when we take our next family vacation!! =)

I just got back from staying at Casa Nicte in Puerto Vallarta and wanted to tell you that it was fantastic! We had the best time. When we arrived the maid was there and prepared fresh salsa and guacamole with chips and Coronas...it hit the spot! The house was really cute and just the right size for the three of us. It was so nice to go out on the patio and listen to the ocean and see all the activities going on. Being able to walk to the boardwalk was great too. It was nice that we didn't need to rent a car, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Thank you for providing this wonderful property and all the extras that go along with it. I will definitely tell my friends about it and stay again in the future.

We loved staying at Menehune Hale. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. The house is great and very functional. We had a large crowd, did lots of cooking, and everything worked out perfectly. The view is fantastic.

They did have wonderful maid service every day instead of every other day with lots of purified water delivered every morning. The resort was perfectly maintained (kinda like Disneyland), the villa was perfect, the restaurants and BARS were great (especially the bar on the beach), and the staff and services were a 10. My wife and I are thinking of going to Kaui this winter and we'll be contacting you soon...hope you have another resort like the Royal Mayan. Thanks for your help.

Chris, Just a quick note to say thanks for reconmenting the royal mayan condo in cancun. My family thought that its was one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed at, Including the cruise ships that we have been on. Thank you Chris for making my parents 50th anniversary family reunion an unbelievable success. It was truly a week in paradise at Villa Vista Hermosa! Elba and her staff pampered us and prepared nothing short of wonderful meals everyday of our stay. The real pina coladas, margaritas, etc were deliciosa! The sunsets mesmerizing...the family bonding truly memorable! The private beach and pool were great entertainment for all. Thank you!
