This fully air conditioned home sits on the side of a natural coral reef overlooking the tranquil blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. Located on a quiet section of ocean front, this home offers private luxury with a spectacular view and is one of our more popular vacation homes.

 

The house is divided into two sections, the main house (Princesa) and casita (Prince). Entering the house from the street level, you walk down a passage way which separates the Villa Prince (a two story, two bedroom apartment) and the servant's quarters from the main house, and descends into a small enclosed tropical garden of luscious green. At the foot of the stairs, the mahogany doors lead you into the entrance of the main living quarters. This main floor level has a spacious "L" shaped living area. Furnished in wicker and rattan imports are the living room and dining room. There is also a spacious modern kitchen and guest bathroom on this level. The Villa presents itself elegantly. Large picture windows give you the view of the pool area while overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Glass doors lead you to this pool area. The pool uses the natural healthy salt water of the sea. Also in this area is the furnished patio made from hand cut rock from Guanajuato. A built-in wet bar with a tropical Caribbean palapa, decorated with hand painted tile of Puebla completes the living area of the patio. There is a fresh water shower on the patio.

 

The man-made beach is a level below the pool, near the sea and coral. From this beach area is a tide wall which holds the sand back from the ocean. From this wall access into the ocean is via ladder or diving board. The water here is approximately 15-20 feet deep and offers excellent snorkeling up and down the reef. The two upper floors of the Princesa are sleeping quarters and all have spectacular ocean views with their wall to wall sliding glass doors leading onto outdoor balconies. The second floor has two bedrooms. One of these rooms has three twin size beds and the other room has two. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The third floor has two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a sofa and chair completing the bedroom chamber. A large pink marble bathroom separates the sleeping quarters with a Japanese style mahogany sliding door with smoked glass panes. The bathroom has a raised jacuzzi tub and separate shower area with a glass wall overlooking the interior courtyard garden and planter bed. The second bedroom on this floor also has a king size bed.

 

The additional two bedrooms of this property are located in the Villa Prince. The Prince is an apartment-like casita located on the street side of the property. This two story apartment has a large bedroom on the lower level with one double bed. Just upstairs is the last bedroom with king size bed and a full bathroom. There is an outdoor walkway from this bedroom leading into the third floor hall of the Princesa.
