This unique villa combines traditional Mexican and Mediterranean architectural styles to create the perfect atmosphere for this special spot. Here, the culture of the ancient Maya, luscious native jungle and amazing Caribbean beauty meet to make the home for the Xaguar (jaguar).

This 4 bedroom villa is very spacious and perfect for a group of friends and large families. The master bedroom is on the 3rd level and lead you to the roof top Jacuzzi where you can be delighted with amazing sunrises and romantic sunsets. The 2nd and 3rd levels feature partial ocean views.

This villa features carport parking, a terrace on the 1st level, a balcony on the 2nd level, a balcony and terrace on the 3rd level, plus a roof top Jacuzzi.

There is a 2 bedroom villa available as well. You can reserve more than one Xaguar Villa. Three 4 bedroom villas and two 2 bedroom villas are available for rent. If you need more space we also can arrange for the ground level of a 4 bedrooms villa that features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 double size beds, mini bar, coffee maker and more.
