Experience the villa lifestyle in this spacious villa in the lush tropical area south of the city known as Colonial Conchas Chinas. The panoramic view of Banderas Bay from the terrace is incomparable for a villa situated only 100 ft. above the ocean. View the fantastic sunsets from the terrace and covered sitting area. The views from the new expansive sun terrace are also fantastic and large enough to be used for outdoor dining, buffets, weddings and special events. The new terrace also includes a Jacuzzi. Each of the four spacious bedrooms can be enclosed for use of air-conditioning or open to tropical sea breezes, and all have ceiling fans and TVs. Some of the other amenities include a private heated pool, cable TV, stereo sound system, cable DSL computer hook-up, BBQ, and a wonderful staff of four to pamper you throughout your stay.

Built in 1967, Casa Copa is a four star luxury Villa with colonial Mexico charm, located in the Conchas Chinas area, three minutes south of the village of Puerto Vallarta. One hundred feet above the ocean, the Villa comprises 10,000 sq. ft., with six bedrooms and six baths. The old stone terrace is wrapped in spectacular panoramic views, overlooking world-renowned Banderas Bay, home to whales, dolphins and manta rays. Warm sea breezes sweep over the area, and one can watch fireworks after sunset each night over Puerto Vallarta. A sandy, swimming beach lies at the foot of the hill; one can walk to Puerto Vallarta along the beach. Casa Copa offers our guests complete privacy and security. The Villa is fully staffed, and offers many personal services and amenities. Massage services can be arranged, as well as babysitting. The Villa is stocked with a small library, board games, an entertainment center and high speed Internet access.
