You will experience breathtaking panoramic views of Banderas Bay, the spacious and open palapa, living room round dining areas with old Mexican style kitchen with a clay oven. There are 14 luxury bedrooms all with private bath, one double suite and a master bedroom with Jacuzzi, fireplace and steam room. By special arrangement Villa Mia has been made available to select qualified groups. The Villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general public. Because the Villa accommodates only one group at a time, there is a six bedroom for four nights minimum during April through December. A eight bedroom for four nights minimum during January through March. Student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted. The rates listed below are for a 6 bedrooms rental, except for Holidays that is a 9 bedroom rate. Additional bedrooms can be added for an additional fee.
