Other included amenities are satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, and telephone with answering machine for local and international calls. There is an in-unit private safe. The bedroom has a king size bed and tons of closet space. It also has its own private bath. In the living room there is a queen size sofa bed should you need it. The ceiling fans are remote controlled and the central air conditioning has separate controls for both the living area and bedroom. Most of the lights have dimmers, so you can create your desired ambience.

 

The kitchen is fully equipt with modern appliances, new cupboards, and granite countertops. You can purchase most food and beverages in Mismaloya Village, a short 10 minute walk. The condo also has most small appliances that could be desired; microwave, George Foreman Grill, juicer, blender, toaster and more.

 

The option is yours to dine in and cook yourself or you can order room service from the complex's open air restaurant/bar "Maria Bonita." Pol-side service is available as well. Dining options outside of the complex include many quaint palapa restaurants on the beach near by, as well as several more within easy walking distance.

 

Ammenities available to you in the complex include maid service, a gymnasium, 2 Jacuzzis, large swimming pool, tennis court, 24-hour security and restaurant/bar. The lobby offers guest internet service, complimentary beach/pool towels and other items for your convenience.

 

A wide variety of activities are available from the beach, such as boat rides, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, and massages.

 

If you want to take the short trip into Puerto Vallarta, there is a bus every 10 minutes, just across the street from the condo complex and taxis are also available. A scenic 15 minute ride will find you back in Puerto Vallarta.
