On the top floor are two bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen and living room. The lower level which serves as a third bedroom is a private separate unit with another bathroom, living room, and kitchen. 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before travel (60 days for holidays). Payments can be made by check or with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for an additional 2% credit card process fee. Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. There is a five night minimum at this property. Rate does not include and additional 11.42% tax and a $285.00 out-cleaning fee.
