Policies

50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee. Rates do not include 15% tax. Holiday Season: Dec. 16-Jan. 04. Inquire about Holiday Rates. 50% deposit at time of booking. NOTE: These are base prices for lagoon view. If your reservation is not booked Saturday to Saturday or is more than 7 nights you may have a room change.
