50% down to hold the reservation, final payment and $300.00 security deposit due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee. Rate does not include 12% tax rate. Security Deposit of $150-300 is required on all rentals in Cozumel depending on the unit, inquire for details.
