The first level has living, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a second bathroom.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a patio area featuring a Jacuzzi. Tropical gardens extend to another lot with a freshwater swimming pool and a second property. The second villa, topped with a Mexican-style clay tile, is located near the pool area. This property has two large bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchenette is convenient for entertaining in the pool/patio area. Mix up a batch of fresh guacamole, spicy salsa and chips and serve with a blender of refreshing margaritas as you lounge by your private pool in the tropical sunshine.
