The Casablanca Condominiums are located in a quiet residential area in the northern zone of Cozumel island called the Country Club Estates. The building is across the street from a row of private beachfront villas. The Casablanca Condos are only 60 feet from the water?s edge with public access area to the beach. While not directly on the beach, the roomy condos have ocean views. Each condo is decorated in lovely modern upholstered furniture with a tasteful mixture of beautiful rattan and wicker pieces which provide a tropical Caribbean flavor; you'll find the units pleasantly comfortable. Stylish bedding in all of the condo make these units pleasingly comfortable. All the condos have central air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every room. Living room windows open to catch those wonderful ocean breezes. Angular bay windows throughout the building offer expansive views of the turquoise ocean.

The kitchen is well equipped with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and toaster oven as well as oven and stove. Sleeps 6 people in 1 king, 2 twins, and a double sleep sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has double bed and ocean view sitting area and a private bath with shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a hammock for Caribbean contemplation. Local art and the owner?s original watercolors decorate the condo. The living room has a double size sleep sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffeemaker, blender and toaster as well as conventional oven and stove. There is a stereo cassette player in the living room. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.
