Comfortably furnished and fully air conditioned, the Island House offers convenient living on one floor. A tropical entry way leads into the living/dining area, complete with cable television, VCR and a telephone for local use. A large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook provides the opportunity for quick snacks or lingering gourmet meals prepared by you or one of our cooks. Off the living room and down a hallway are three large bedrooms and two full baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub. The new (completed in 1996), sprawling master bedroom suite with private bath is located off the back patio facing the swimming pool. Enjoy the ultimate in privacy from this detached location. Bedding consists of a king size bed in master suite, two doubles and two twin-size beds.

50% down to hold the reservation, final payment and security deposit due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee. Rate does not include 12% tax rate. Security Deposit of $150-300 is required on all rentals in Cozumel depending on the unit, inquire for details.
