This two-story private villa was just completed in August, 1996 and offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a private swimming pool.

The villa's facade offers a fully covered patio and off-street parking in the covered car port. Just through the front door you enter the foyer area which looks upon the living and dining room and master bedroom. The dining room set is complete with seating for up to eight persons. The living room is comfortably furnished with beautiful imported Guadalajarian furniture and includes a television with VCR. The spacious master bedroom has a double-size bed and full bathroom.

The large kitchen is just off the living room. It has all appliances and has numerous cupboards for your convenience. From the kitchen is access to the outdoor back patio for siestas and barbecues. There is a half bathroom just off the kitchen and underneath the beautiful wooden staircase leading upstairs. At the top of the stairs is a large foyer and sitting area. From this foyer you have access to the upstairs patio overlooking the back yard. This spot is ideal for sunning and relaxing. Also upstairs are three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedding includes one double and four twin beds. The fifth bedroom is a private cottage located near the back patio and swimming pool. This cottage is complete with a small kitchenette and bedroom combination and bathroom. There is one double bed in the cottage. The Santa Clara is air conditioned with window units in each of the bedrooms. The property sits across a quiet residential street from a row of private villas located right on the beach front. It is a short walk from your front door (150 yards) to one of the best beaches on the island.
