Policies

Reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, final payment and a $500.00 refundable security deposit are due 45 days before you arrive (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made with personal check or with credit card for an additional 2% process fee. All reservations are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as the unit can be re-rented, if the unit can not be re-rented all reservations are non refundable. We do offer travel insurance.
